Hi my name is Jonathan Black. I have been in the public works construction industry for over 30 years in the San Francisco Bay Area. Currently the industry is still going strong and good people are wanted and needed. Now would be a great opportunity to promote yourself to site superintendent, project manager or just have a change of pace.

It is my experience that change is good. Companies tend to get stale over time and people get bored at the same job. Although”job security” is popular how secure is your job. Is any job secure?
